1. Application of These Terms and Conditions

With effect from 1 June 2022:
These “Terms and Conditions”, as operated by SINGPADEL PTE LTD (“SINGPADEL”), shall govern your relationship with SINGPADEL, including but not limited to, the use of the SINGPADEL Website (www.singpadel.com, the “Website”).

By your attendance at SINGPADEL and usage of the Website and facilities, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website or facilities.

SINGPADEL has the right to amend this information without notice. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website, making reservations, purchasing merchandise and credits, communicating with SINGPADEL, and your use of SINGPADEL courts, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. Clients are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.

2. Cancellation Policy for Reservations

You can cancel any reservation without any charges up until six (6) hours prior to the commencement time. In the event of bad weather leading to stoppage of play, please write to us at lovepadel@singpadel.com to explain the situation so we can determine how best to assist you.

3. Purchases

All purchases can be made through the Padel Mates App, unless otherwise stated. All credits purchased for reservations initiate on the date of purchase and expire after six (6) months. You cannot gift your credits, redeem them for cash, or sell them outside of SINGPADEL. Any credits purchased anywhere other than SINGPADEL will not be honoured. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

4. Personal Coaching

Personal coaching is available in the Club for an additional fee. All arrangements for coaching through the purchase of Singpadel coaching packages or add-ons should be made through direct written communication with the club . Only authorised Singpadel registered coaches are permitted to coach players at the Singpadel Club.

5. Retail and Merchandise

All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable at SINGPADEL.

6. Court Access

SINGPADEL courts use the Padel Mates booking system. When a reservation is made through the Website or App, you will receive a confirmation email. You may only occupy the court(s) you booked for the stated duration of the booking.

7. Use of Facility and Equipment

Rental rackets can be retrieved and used for the duration of your court reservation. Please only take one racket per player, then lock the storage cabinet after. You are required to return rental rackets to their original storage location after you have finished, then lock the storage cabinet after. As a courtesy to other users, please use a clean towel to wipe down the rackets after use.

If you notice any damage to the facility or equipment, if equipment is missing, or if you damaged the facility or any equipment, please write to us immediately at lovepadel@singpadel.com. Any damage to the property as a result of improper conduct will require appropriate compensation.

The smoking of cigarettes or electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or vapes) is strictly prohibited in the SINGPADEL Club. Out of consideration to nearby residents, playing of music is not allowed, and please refrain from shouting at all times. Pets are not allowed in the courts.

8. Lost or Damaged Personal Property

SINGPADEL is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property within the SINGPADEL premises.

9. Waiver and Release

By signing up for and/or attending personal coaching sessions, group classes, events and reservations using the premises, facilities and equipment of SINGPADEL, you hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers in playing at SINGPADEL. You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and that SINGPADEL and its staff will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.

10. Dispute Resolution

Our goal is to make Padel accessible to all while nurturing a community of friendly players and staff that support one another. But we acknowledge that from time to time our expectations might not align. We believe each dispute can be resolved reasonably with mutual respect. 11. Corporate Partnerships

You may be eligible to purchase credits that are discounted as a result of an agreement with a Corporate Partner. If SINGPADEL’s agreement with that Corporate Partner and/or your employment/affiliation with the Corporate Partner ceases, you acknowledge and accept that the discount will no longer be made available to you.imply endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with SINGPADEL.

12. Links and Third Party Sites

SINGPADEL has not reviewed all the sites linked to the Website and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or other linked sites. Going to third party or off-site websites from the Website is at your own risk. These links do not imply endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with SINGPADEL.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

The trademarks of SINGPADEL are proprietary to SINGPADEL and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. All Website content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, SINGPADEL. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of the Website for the sole purpose of making purchases, or other personal use. Any other use of materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of SINGPADEL, is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge that SINGPADEL and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all Website materials, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading, copying, or using any such material in accordance with these Terms. SINGPADEL may discontinue or remove the Website, or any portion thereof, or discontinue your right to use the Website, or any portion thereof, at any time.

14. Use of the Website and Facilities By Minors

If you are under the age of 16, you must seek the permission of a parent or guardian before accessing and/or making any reservations through the various booking platforms. Minors under the age of 16 are encouraged to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

15. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

In no event will SINGPADEL be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, Padel Mates or on any other linked/third-party website, your purchases, reservations, communication with SINGPADEL, and your use of and attendance at SINGPADEL facilities, including without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs, or other data on your information handling systems or otherwise, including any claims waived by you previously in this agreement even if SINGPADEL expressly advised of the possibility of such damage.

All information, goods, services, products and experiences are provided by SINGPADEL on an "as-is" basis only. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods, services, products and experiences remains with you. Should the goods, services, products and/or experiences prove defective after purchase, you assume the entire cost of such defect. SINGPADEL provides no representations and warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

16. Choice of Law

The Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
